Globally the number of cities paralysed by cars and terrorised by air pollution is increasing. To that extent our former home Bogota is no different. But the transition is heart warming: Cyclovia on Sunday morning, cargo bikes all over the city, pedestrians taking back some of the space… Paralysation triggers better mobility.
