Undervalued city-green is a series about the plants and herbs that are typically removed or avoided. Starting to look at those plants the viewer increasingly opens his eyes and appreciation for the small plots of nature in the city. As sparks of positive energy they can be found in every single city. These photographs serve to trigger this appreciation about the less obvious green around you.
These images have been taken in multiple locations in Colombia, Cuba and Belgium – How beautiful to perceive all kinds of wild plants growing freely intertwined with our surroundings. These tiny bits of green add to the calmness of our busy city lives.
